TRACEY KELLER
PARTNER
I am a passionate individual who has dedicated my career to the field of health and wellness. With a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from UTSA, I have built a strong educational foundation. My journey as a Wild Soul Sacred Embodiment Specialist, trained at The School of Sacred Embodiment, has equipped me with the skills to guide individuals seeking freedom and lasting change.
I am proud to be an IIN Health Coach certified by The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and an accomplished Eating Psychology Coach certified by The Institute for the Psychology of Eating. Additionally, I have obtained certification as a Life Coach with training in Leadership and Character Development from Klemmer.
In the realm of physical fitness, I have earned certifications as a National Academy of Sports Medicine graduate, Matter of Balance Coach, Wellness Director, Lifestyle Fitness Specialist from Coopers Clinic, and an Advanced Personal Training specialist from the same institution. By combining the fields of dynamic eating psychology and mind-body nutrition with my extensive personal training experience, I have developed transformative programs.
Throughout my career, I have held a range of roles including fitness specialist, personal trainer, health teacher, volleyball coach, conditioning coach, swim instructor, and Director of Fitness for the Jewish Community Center. These experiences have shown me that deep within our souls, we all yearn for the freedom we were created for. It is my unwavering passion to help individuals create the life they were born for and achieve true freedom. This desire has led me to partner with my son, Kyle Keller, as he establishes New Roots Brain Camp, a place where people can embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth.
